Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus said the arrests were made under Section 105 of the Criminal Procedure Code at about 8.50am following information regarding a planned gathering earlier that morning, believed to be aimed at sparking disorder at the event. "The four individuals " two men and two women " aged between 39 and 47 were detained in the vicinity of Kampung Sungai Baru," he said in a statement.
